Eligibility for Returns

1. Items may be returned on a case-by-case basis. We will review your request and respond promptly.
2. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions for Return

1. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
2. Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Fees and Shipping

1. A 30% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Refunds

1. Approved refunds will be processed within [7–14] business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
